Dog Trotter USA Sizing Guide

Choosing the right dog treadmill size is essential for your dog’s safety, comfort, and performance. Proper sizing is based not only on weight, but more importantly on your dog’s natural stride length—ensuring they can run freely within the safe running zone without restriction.

How Do I Choose The Right Size?

While weight can be a helpful guideline, stride length is the most important factor when selecting a dog treadmill. A dog should be able to run comfortably within the full length of the running surface without shortening their stride or adjusting their natural movement.

If your dog is between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up to ensure optimal comfort and performance.
