Refund And Cancellation Policy
Dog Trotter USA products are built to order. Once an order is placed, production planning, material preparation, scheduling, and fabrication may begin shortly after purchase. Because of this, cancellations and refunds are subject to the policy below.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase with no cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after 48 hours, but within 10 days of purchase, are subject to a $300 cancellation/restocking fee. This fee helps cover administrative time, production planning, material preparation, and scheduling costs associated with the order.
If an order is canceled after 10 days, the treadmill/order cost remains non-refundable; however, any shipping or freight charges may be refunded if freight has not yet been arranged, booked, paid, or completed.
After Production Begins
After 10 days, orders are committed to production and are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Because Dog Trotter products are built to order, materials and production time may already be committed to the order after this period.
Shipped Orders
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details, shipping information, and estimate before approving the order. If you notice an issue with your order information, please contact Dog Trotter USA as soon as possible.
Shipping & Freight
Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable once shipment has been arranged, scheduled, or completed.
Dog Trotter USA ships large equipment by LTL freight carrier. Freight costs may vary depending on location, delivery requirements, and carrier availability.
Custom Options and Special Orders
Custom options, special-order items, and modified builds may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once materials have been ordered or production has begun.
